BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

EVENT TIMING:
Doors & Bar Open from 12pm. Buffet Lunch served from 12.30pm. Lunch will conclude at 3pm.

BOOKINGS:
Pre-bookings are required and seats are strictly limited. Changes to bookings can be requested subject to availability.

PAYMENT:
Guaranteed bookings require a valid credit card number to guarantee your reservation. Your card will be held as security for your reservation and utilised for pre-payment. Pre-payment will be processed on 20th December 2024. Payments not received by 21st December will forfeit booking. Payment will be automatically processed on 20th December.

CANCELLATIONS:
Guaranteed bookings require a valid credit card number to guarantee your reservation. Your card will be held as security for your reservation and utilised for any applicable cancellation or non-arrival fees. Cancellation fees may be waived if evidence is presented showing an unplanned change of circumstance such as illness, injury etc.
Cancellations prior to 1st December 2024 - no fee
Cancellations from 1st December to 19th December 2024 - cancellation fee of $25 per person
Cancellations from 20th December 2024 (including non-arrival) - full booking amount
